where are all those places? i dunno leh.. as long as the budget not too high i think it's ok for me. er.. dun go to a place that we can only do sun-tanning and swimming hor..
though i would really like to visit Hong Kong or Korea, i think it's out of our budget for now. maybe we can go when we start working..
yesterday was finally the last day for this guy and TP intern in my department. starting monday, i'll be the only girl in the department. i think things are going to be real difficult from now on. this guy who left has been with the company 4 years. the longest among all. everyone goes to him whenever there is a problem. even my boss doesn't know some of the things he knows.
when other staff leave the company, they only need to write 1-2 pages of handover documents. this guy has written over 60++ pages! you can imagine how much the company depends on him. without him, everything will be in a mess for a period of time, i guess. and i will have no one to turn to if i need help, the two (more helpful) TP interns are gone..
i have to do e-newsletter for April issue le. this time i'll check very carefully. i'll make sure that everything is correct and in place before i send it out..
this client wanted to include a press release in the e-newsletter and she sent an e-mail to my boss asking to confirm if we received the attachment. then my boss forwarded this e-mail to a perm staff asking if we received anything. then the perm staff come and asked me, coz he din receive anything. (i dunno why he asked me, coz i dun even know who the client is) then i said if dun have just send an e-mail back to her and ask her for the attachment. (that's the only logical thing to do right?)
shortly after that, i received an e-mail that was sent to my boss and cc to me. this perm staff told my boss that we din receive the attachment. and he added :"Fangying, please liaise with her."
i felt so...... if he wanted me to e-mail the client, he could have just said so to me rite? i would have gladly sent the client an e-mail asking her for the attachment. why must he go one big round like that? and this big round must go pass my boss? i dunno how to describe my feelings at that time..
but guess what? my boss replied the e-mail, saying:"(the perm staff's name), can you please kindly communicate to her(the client) on this."
hmm.. even my boss can see that this perm staff is trying to push his job to me..
i dunno how to post photo here, so check out my company picture in our gmail. we took pics before the guy left, as a momento to him (but i doubt he will want to remember his nightmare here in this company)
yesterday he looked so happy when he was saying goodbye to everyone. really happy for him that he can (finally) get out of this Torture Chamber. i am looking forward to my last day too..
