i have started to see mytax portal's advertisements around our little island: on clearchannel panels, mrt walls, in newspapers and also a tv ad starring our very own pan ling ling and her other half.
what do you think?
i don't know about you, but if my memory served me right, their budget wouldn't have allowed for such frivolous and above-the-line advertising, would it? (TODAY's full page ad is in wednesday's edition, voices section)
well that's the first problem.
then there's the quality of their ads, aesthetics and copy-wise. i don't understand how they could have stuck to producing their own adverts with nary an idea from what we gave them last november. do their posters and advertisements remind you of anything moo works, joey's group, yenni's group or cutsix have done? i don't think so!
i don't expect iras to make use of any of our ideas, but how can i blatantly say "good job iras" when their ads obviously suck? do you guys still want to work for iras now?
(actually i dont mind leh. but fy says iras got a lot of cockroaches.)
