alright, all. here are the few ideas that we've come out with this afternoon when we met in school. btw, it was scheduled that lq, jess, fy and i meet at 1. i was late for 20mins, jess 30mins and lq-i dono how long coz our meeting ended long long ago before she reached. anyhow, here is the summary.
1- life of a latecomer: could use use yh as a case study. since kingdergarten she has been late till now. comedy like drama to make it light hearted. as fy said singaporeans are always late.... :)
2- basking in singapore and the woes of a graduate: could use sy as case study. (!!) no money, no job, frusfration, anxiety, depression, parents grumble, and eventually decided to do basking. (note: not that i experience ALL of the above, ok! but i don't mind acting out since it's near to my case: frusfration and anxiety)
3- the day of a white collar worker: (this is scary, as it almost reflects our internship days.) seeing the same people everyday, fy's "do no disturb. email me instead" sign, pw's communication over msn, using tissue to "chop" place during lunch, someone with umbrella gets the seat. (dono what jess meant when she wrote it down, though)
4- [peiwen elaborates]
first kiss in 14 days: an ugly girl, unkempt hair and big nerdy glasses, has a crush on this guy whom she meets at her regular busstop. the guy does not give her a second glance even though they meet everyday, and our lead is hoping that she looks more attractive so she'll snare her guy.
one night while watching her panasonic TV, her fairy godmother climbs out of the tv and grants her a wish: she'll get the looks she covet, and will get to keep them for life if she manages to get the guy of her dreams to kiss her.
after 14 days, her guy does not kiss her, cos he only likes the girl for her personality, not looks.
like that lah. ok end elaboration.
so make your choice now!! we need to tell mr loh when we wana shoot and bookout the camera as he is on leave next week and edmundodo is sure to give us a hard time. unless of course, minah is with us. :) see, how understanding is our mr loh! :)

hmmm... after we choose the concept we can spend the weekends deciding the script and locations, then start shooting on tueday?
oooh yeah yeah! good idea, jess! we meet up on sat, pw said has some talk or sth. we can also prove to fy that we don't do NOTHING over the wkend! haha
pw, u did not elaborate on the leads. who's the female lead??? hmmm??

1- life of a latecomer: i cant think of whether i like this one anot leh.. not much scenes have been thought of yet. However, if this is sth that spans thru one's person's life, we will have to find more than one suitable talent (ie for the childhood and adult etc) if we want to do scenes like marriage, it'll also be quite difficult...
2- basking in singapore and the woes of a graduate: also not much scenes thought of yet.. probably need things like hdb scenes, parents (for parents complaining) maybe interviewers for loking for job scenes and a random street in orchard for basking... (i think the main character shd enjoy the thing she does while basking) things like guitar or whatever used while basking can be quite easily obtained...
3- the day of a white collar worker: hahahhaa!! by the umbrella part, i think the person's tissue paper was overwhelmed by someone who tried to chop the same place with umbrella! ok.. things needed: people on the bus. Colleagues. office environment might be able to ob obtained from... lecturers' rooms? Not easy, but doable and.. but i quite like this idea la..

first kiss in 14 days: actually quite do-able and not much specific locations are needed.... quite interesting also! but.. how to get the fairy god mother to come out of the TV??!?!? hahah! must think about it!
fairy godmother will 'crawl' out of a fake tv that we're making. i go for idea 3 n 4. vote now!! to avoid disappointment! hahah

i vote for 3 and 4! hmm... but i think 4 is more interesting.. though for 3, it should be easier to shoot! :p
yah either 3 or 4. but how to include panasonic's logo in a day of a white collar worker?
ahh the white collar worker takes bus to work right? can put big big as bus ad. if take mrt, then the lightbox or on the train itself lo.
