hey i realise that my co is not that bad afterall...
then i was complaining about no work, well, these few days i had enough to keep me busy the whole day.
but i guess it's also because this colleague was on medical leave so i got to replace her...
life's pretty good. the manager gave us all mei zhen xiang "ba kua" (barbequed meat)
i am loving it~! and then there were lots of new year gifts from mediacorp, other co blah blah...
mostly alot of "jade" plants which they called it, money tree!
hmmz... realised something too, even in such a small co, there is internal politics!
six people only worz... =.=

actually, i think internal conflicts are more common in smaller companies sia.. Cause mine also has internal conflict (and it's a medium sized co la)... Yup.. i figure its when pple know each other and are always in each other's proximity... thus they face the other person alot den got alot to complain!!! At first when i entered the company, it seemed nice harmonous and somewhat peaceful........ but now can feel the meaning of "still waters run deep".. XD
anywayZ, got to eat bagua also!! and strange goodies sent in by gettyimages which left a wierd feeling in my mouth.. o_o
i hear all of you guys' tales and my friends and even on the bus that at least the company has some gifts for employees and CNY dinners. but mine? i don't even hear a thing! ok, maybe it's on monday, where i am back home. sighz then cannot interact and network and be a glutton liaoz! but it's not my fault that i've to leave early right? hurrr

internal conflicts are common esp in our industry. being an intern, you just have to play your part and be nice to everyone. in short, be a hypocrite though you don't like that person. this is what i learn lor. wah, instead of learning useful stuffs, i learn the horrible traits! and i realized that 2 of my colleagues are sisters in the company and they bitch about other colleagues! it's all about how bitchy you can be in advertising world.
