This date marks a few important events that we should all remember:

1. 2% increase in GST
2. Hong Kong's 10th years of handover

Last but not least, this is the most important event of all:

Ok, I admit, items 1 & 2 served as a teaser to item 3. :D Nonetheless, the first 2 items were important, k.

Reason there's a "XX" there is because I would think that every girl would like to preserve her age at 16. However, we all know that is impossible. Hence, XX indicates her actual age which we shall not reveal to protect her interest. Hahaha, a whole load of crap.

BUT still, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, fangying!!! A year older means a year wiser but doesn't mean a year meaner!!! Hahahaha.
