run out of idea

hmm.. got boat quay mrt station? i thot its Clarke Quay mrt station? boat quay is near there right?

er, actually its coz i was an intern they less strict with me at that time. perm staff is more strict.. and its not that i dun like the company. i like the ppl there, they are very nice (there are nice ppl around, sy u dun be so pessimistic ar) but the environment is stifling. i dunno how to describe that exact feeling; the high turnover rate speaks for itself..

but i agree "perhaps a bad-tempered head is better coz he doesn't hide his feelings like some hypocrite out there..." my german boss is that kind of person. straightforward and emotional. when he's angry he just burst out at you (many a times causing much tears, esp among girls). but after that everything is back to normal, no grudges nothing. he's not a hypocrite who is nice in front of you and stabs you at the back. whatever he sees that is not to his liking, he just shoots. it's good in a way, u noe what u have done wrong. coz for sure he will point out your mistakes right in your face, u dun have to worry that he will do something behind your back. no hypocrisy. but u have to be able to withstand his lashing..
